Shipping Options


We ship orders Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on delivering your shipment quickly. Your order will ship within two business days of receiving the order.

All orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service, so feel free to use P.O. Box as your mailing address. The standard delivery is USPS Priority Mail Service, and the delivery is approximately 2 ~3 business days.

Please note:
• If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process and ship your order the next business day.
• In order to ensure safe delivery, we require a physical address.
• Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only



International Deliveries

For those who reside outside the United States, we are sorry, but currently we do not offer international shipping. However, we encourage you to check back to our website regularly as we are working at our best to make international orders possible.



Payment

Vivace Jewelry accepts Visa, Masters, Discover, American Express and Paypal for orders. We do not accept personal checks and any offline transaction or orders via email.


Return/Exchange Policy

Your shopping experience is our priority, and we are dedicated to our customers’ satisfaction. Vivace accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the ship date on the sales receipt. However, because of personal hygiene concerns, Vivace cannot accept return/exchange of earrings unless the earrings are defective or are wrong merchandises. When you make the return, please include everything from the original packaging.
Before return/exchange, please send an email to return@vivace-jewelry.com including your order number (which can be found on the sales receipt).


When Return:
• Please enclose a copy of the invoice along with the product
• Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund (Shipping charges are not refunded). We will refund the amount directly to the debit or credit card account used for the original order
• If you would like an exchange, a shipping fee of $7.50 will be charged you if we have any questions

Vivace Jewelry cannot be responsible for loss or damage during the return shipping, and generally it takes one billing cycle for the credit to be reflected on your credit card statement.
