Vivace Jewelry has the highest standard when it comes to the production of our jewelry. We use only lab-tested lead-free and nickel-free materials to make our jewelry. Many of our jewelry are made of ceramics, though the quality has been tested and ensured, they may still crack when used improperly (for example, applying excessive forces upon the jewelry) or when hit hard against hard surfaces. Vivace Jewelry has no warranty on the jewelry we sold unless they are defective upon arrival. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the products following the procedures in the Customer Service page.
